About the Author

Flordeliz Fullo is a Registered Nurse working in the Hospital Setting. She graduated Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Perpetual Help DALTA in the Philippines. In 2020, she has been one of the nurses assigned in Isolation Unit handling COVID-19 patients and a recipient of COVID-19 Hero Award in that same year. A visual artist who expresses herself through painting and sketching. She loves writing poems and essays about human emotions, self-help and motivational advices as she dreams to inspire more people through her works. Aside from that, her other interests are travelling, photography and reading books.

Heartbreak is an inevitable occurrence we experience in our lives. This book tackles its beauty behind the pain it brings and how it shapes us to be a better person in the future. This is very special to me because aside from being my first book, it also contains the wisdom I gained through maturity and heartbreak. This is a self help book that all of us can relate to.
